Three held for assaulting youth at a movie theatre

The Vadapalani police have arrested a trio for assaulting three persons at a cinema theatre. 

The police arrested M. Dhanush, 23, of Ambattur, J. Eswaran, 27, of Kodambakkam, D. Rakesh Kumar, 27, of Nungambakkam. They allegedly picked a brawl with a group of three youth outside the theatre. The trio attacked them with beer bottles and wooden logs, and issued threats. They have been remanded in judicial custody.
